Riverbed's 401(k) plan is administered by The Standard Insurance Company. Eligible U.S. employees are able to enroll in the 401(k) plan after receipt of their first paycheck.

Riverbed offers time off to full-time employees in the form of 10 paid holidays and 15 days of vacation per year; beginning with employees fourth year of employment, we provide 20 days of vacation per year.

This program provides confidential support for items like family counseling, parenting and childcare resources, legal consultations, financial counseling, alcohol or drug problem counseling, older adult services, career management and on-line education.
